Introducing Agile practices, DevOps, and cloud-native architecture to a traditionally oriented enterprise we delivered new supply chain operations and collaboration tooling that fundamentally changed how suppliers, distribution, and outlets collaborate to ensure supply and drive efficiency. Cloud-native solutions (Containerization, Serverless, PaaS) allowed these new offerings to scale seamlessly through the COVID crisis and ensure that the supply chain never broke.
